modified wax corn starch

WTHS is double chemically modified wax corn starch.
WTHS is resistant to high temperature, heavy processing (such as homogenization)

and low pH. Furthermore, the product has good emulsification stability, creamy and

smooth mouth feel. It will not syneresis during low temperature storage.
WTHS can be widely used in food industry. It can be used in sauces, dairy product
(such as yogurt), pie filling, gravies, soups and so on.

STORAGE
Dry and cool, separated from strong-smelling goods.

APPLICATION
The starch must be heated to be utilized as a thickener. The starch is mixed with
cold water(less than 45°C) after which heating can be started.
