ACS is chemically modified tapioca starch. ACS has good stability, excellent transparency. It has a reduced tendency to retrogradation and syneresis. ACS can be widely used in food industry. It can be used in fast frozen food, fish product, meat product and different kinds of noodles. PACKAGE 25Kg plastic fiber bag. STORAGE Dry and cool, separated from strong-smelling goods. APPLICATION The starch must be heated to be utilized as a thickener. The starch is mixed with cold water(less than °C) after which heating can be started.
